Hi.

I don't have very much news and we may not know much more before Monday. The thought is that the lymphoma is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus that Dad has had carried in a dormant state since he had mono in graduate school. The virus became active when the immunosuppressive drugs that he has been taking prevented his natural ability to suppress the virus. The doctors are taking him off the drugs and then watching him. He may potentially start a new drug on Monday but we are still waiting for more information.
